Job Description /Overview:
Global Water Solutions, one of the world’s largest pressure tank and water enhancement product manufacturers, is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our team. Job Responsibilities:
Manage the after-sales process for assigned European customers.
Communicate daily with customers, vendors, freight forwarders, and global colleagues.
Process inquiries and orders in our ERP system (NetSuite) and ensure timely product delivery.
Work closely with vendors to streamline order processing.
Collaborate with sales managers to provide optimal service by understanding customer needs.
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and forward them to the appropriate person.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
Assist with administrative tasks and improve the local office showroom.
Support the growth of the company by maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, export/import, sales support, or purchasing.
Proficiency in English and German (written and verbal) is required; additional languages, especially French, are a plus.
Experience with ERP software, preferably NetSuite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Customer-oriented with the ability to resolve daily challenges.
Ability to multitask and think proactively.
Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
