Job Description/Overview:
TheKey has been delivering concierge-based care to support long-term aging at home for nearly 20 years. The Caregiver Manager will train and supervise caregivers, ensuring they deliver high-quality care to clients. This role involves managing caregiver schedules, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The Caregiver Manager will also handle scheduling, payroll review, and coordination with administrative staff, ensuring efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Train, supervise, and support caregivers.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans.
Match caregivers to clients based on needs and availability.
Develop and manage caregiver schedules.
Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Manage caregiver payroll and client scheduling.
Respond to client concerns and troubleshoot as needed.
Implement quality improvement initiatives.
Handle workers’ compensation claims and ensure compliance with laws.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Two years of experience in health care, elder care, or social work.
One year of scheduling experience preferred.
Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities.
Strong communication skills and computer proficiency.
Experience:
Two years of experience in health care or related industries.
One year of experience with scheduling systems (preferred).
Skills:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Proficiency in using scheduling systems and office equipment.
