Job Description/Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility assistance.
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences.
Monitor patients’ health and report any changes in condition or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring adherence to medication schedules.
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Assist with long-term care needs and adapt to evolving requirements.
Provide specialized care for clients with dementia or cognitive impairments.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
Compassionate and dedicated with a passion for helping others.
Familiarity with meal preparation, patient monitoring, and medication administration is a plus.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is essential.
Experience in dementia care or caregiving is advantageous.
Experience:
Previous experience in caregiving is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
Skills:
Patience, understanding, and ability to foster positive relationships.
Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to clients’ needs.
