Job Description/Overview:

As a Software Engineer, you’ll work with data, metrics, and analytics to impact Ford’s decision-making process and help create smarter vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the product team to design and deliver user stories.
Innovatively solve problems by creating ‘out of the box’ solutions with prototypes and pilots.
Utilize Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure high-quality code with minimal defects.
Refine software development practices using CI/CD tools, cloud computing, and web services.
Qualifications:chelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of software development experience.
1+ years of CI/CD tools experience (Jenkins, GIT, SonarQube, Splunk).
1+ years of experience with cloud PaaS technologies (PCF, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure).
Experience:
Experience in modern Spring applications with Spring Boot.
Hands-on experience in Java, Hibernate, and RESTful Web Services development.
Practical experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD tools.
Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
Experience with Microservices, OAuth2.0, Swagger, and Spring Cloud.
Knowledge of Redis Cache, PCF Single-Sign-On, Junit, and other testing tools.
