Job Description/Overview:
We are seeking experienced dialysis Registered Nurses (RN) to oversee the delivery of dialysis care at Puget Sound Kidney Centers. The RN will be responsible for educating patients, supervising Dialysis Technicians, adjusting treatment plans, monitoring patient outcomes, administering medications, and participating in quality improvement projects. You will collaborate with social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists to provide comprehensive patient care. Outpatient clinics provide consistent weekly schedules with Sundays off for work/life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide dialysis care and education to patients.
Supervise Dialysis Technicians and adjust treatment plans.
Monitor patient outcomes and administer medications.
Participate in quality improvement projects.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
Qualifications:
Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from WA State Board of Nursing or Multistate Nurse Compact License.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with the American Heart Association.
Previous Hemodialysis or Peritoneal dialysis experience preferred.
Experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing preferred.
Experience:
Prior experience in dialysis or nursing settings is preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage dialysis treatment plans.

Compensation: $34.65 – $57.99 per hour, based on experience.
Sign-on bonus available for experienced nurses.
