This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and a great communicator. We prefer candidates who operate their own virtual assistant business. Job Overview:


As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for handling a range of tasks, from communications and scheduling to bookkeeping and document management. The role is 100% remote, with highly flexible hours and an estimated 5 to 10 hours of work per week. Compensation is between $25.00 and $35.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle communications via email, social media, and virtual mailbox.
  • Perform bookkeeping, basic accounting, and document management.
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings, webinars, and other events.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant (or similar role).
  • Experience working with distributed teams and digital collaboration tools.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with QuickBooks Online (or similar accounting software).
  • Experience with basic WordPress website updates and maintenance.
  • Experience with productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Trello).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, etc.).
  • Experience with grant research, writing, or management.

Compensation:
