Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our product-led growth initiatives while supporting sales-led efforts. This role requires a highly analytical, innovative problem-solver with a passion for guiding prospects and customers through their journey toward conversion and expansion. The ideal candidate will possess strong marketing expertise, a keen understanding of user experience, and effective copywriting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product-Led Growth: Drive product-led growth initiatives while supporting sales-led marketing strategies.
  • Customer Journey Analysis: Analyze customer journeys to identify key actions that facilitate conversion and expansion.
  • Marketing Funnel Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to influence customer behaviors and optimize the marketing funnel.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure alignment between product and marketing efforts.
  • Tool Integration: Evaluate, select, and integrate marketing tools to enhance automation and operational efficiency.
  • AI Innovations: Identify and implement innovative strategies to leverage AI for improved marketing effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Messaging and Copywriting: Contribute to messaging and copywriting strategies that resonate with our audience and enhance engagement.
  • Lead Nurturing Support: Collaborate with sales to ensure marketing efforts effectively support lead nurturing and sales readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in growth marketing, with a focus on both product-led and sales-led initiatives.
  • Customer Journey Expertise: Proven success in improving customer journeys and driving conversions through effective marketing strategies.
  • Marketing Tools Proficiency: Solid experience in evaluating and integrating marketing automation tools and enhancing operational workflows.
  • AI Familiarity: Familiarity with AI tools and technologies that enhance marketing and sales effectiveness.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a capacity for innovation and process optimization.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to influence marketing decisions.
  • User Experience Knowledge: Knowledge of best practices in user experience and customer journey optimization.
  • Copywriting Skills: Experience in developing messaging strategies that effectively engage target audiences.
