Job Overview:

We are looking for a Paid Social Media Specialist to drive paid social media execution and optimizations for Graduation Alliance programs. This role involves managing our paid advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok while ensuring that budgets are adhered to and campaigns are effectively structured. The successful candidate will report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive new qualified leads and enrollments for both B2C and B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize daily paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including budget management and campaign creation.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Director to align account performance with business goals and strategies.
  • Execute audience research, account setup, campaign implementation, tracking, and reporting on cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and cost-per-lead (CPL).
  • Develop audience targeting strategies for prospecting, look-alike, and remarketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide optimizations to improve results.
  • Recommend optimized ad creative and landing pages to exceed KPIs and overall goals.
  • Conduct A/B tests to inform future creative decisions.
  • Set deadlines and manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in digital advertising with proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Business Manager as well as TikTok Ads.
  • Technical Skills: Experience managing paid social accounts through MarinOne or Skai platform, strong quantitative analysis and reporting skills.
  • Certification: Facebook’s Blueprint certification is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent remote communication skills via video calls, phone, email, and instant messaging.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new situations in a changing industry.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills; experience with project management software like Jira or Asana is preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Positive, empathetic, driven, collaborative, flexible, and confident.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the education sector.
  • Familiarity with landing page platforms such as Unbounce or Hubspot.
  • Exposure to other paid social ad platforms like Twitter or LinkedIn.
  • Skills with PowerBI reporting platform.
