The Role:
We are seeking a Content Writer to create and maximize high-quality, impactful content across various channels and audiences. The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer and content strategist, skilled in breaking down complex topics into compelling, digestible narratives. Working closely with key partners across marketing, this role will help drive brand awareness, affinity, and conversion in Europe through strategic content use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop original content in various formats, including blog posts, articles, white papers, infographics, and videos.
- Maximize the value and reach of our content by transforming high-performing assets into derivative pieces for use across multiple channels and European markets.
- Build and execute content strategies that support and amplify our short- and long-term marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Collaborate with product marketing, customer marketing, field marketing, and external agencies to optimize content across the buyer journey.
- Uphold best practices in messaging, grammar, writing, and style.
- Measure and report on content performance; optimize based on results.
- Help develop standards, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency as a cross-functional team.
- Stay updated on content marketing trends and bring new ideas for exploration and testing.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of editorial experience, ideally in the B2B tech/enterprise software space.
- Strong portfolio of published work demonstrating exceptional English writing skills and the ability to simplify complex topics.
- A proactive mindset—excited about driving strategy while also being hands-on with writing and editing in various formats.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a dynamic, adaptive environment.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Capability to deliver and receive feedback thoughtfully.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Curiosity and interest in the life sciences sector.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with the life sciences industry.
- Experience working with remote and global teams.
- Fluency in another EU5 language (French, Spanish, German, or Italian).
