About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced AI Content Marketing Lead to drive our global expansion efforts. You will report to the Growth Marketing Lead and play a pivotal role in shaping our content strategy, enabling Genie AI to acquire new users across diverse international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a global content and SEO strategy for landing pages and category pages.
- Produce high-quality, legally sound content in Webflow while maintaining brand integrity.
- Collaborate with AI and ML teams to leverage Genie’s AI in content creation.
- Develop best practices for site structure, technical SEO, and page performance.
- Implement a scalable process for entering new markets with varied content types.
- Design and monitor KPIs to assess the impact of content on business performance.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and technologies.
About You:

- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in English; proficiency in another major language is a plus.
- Experience: Proven track record of creating user-acquiring content in diverse global markets.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable content strategies.
- Proficiency in keyword research, technical SEO tools, and conducting site audits.
- Experience implementing and maintaining hreflangs at scale.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working with AI and able to guide cross-functional teams on SEO best practices.
- Emotional Intelligence: Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with stakeholders.
- Curiosity: A passion for technology and learning, with a proactive approach to personal development.
Interview Process:
- Initial meeting with our Talent Acquisition Lead, followed by a take-home task.
- Interviews with the Head of Growth Marketing and CEO, along with a culture interview with the Co-Founder & CTO.
