Job Description/Overview:
This full-time, permanent position involves handling administrative tasks in a construction setting. Responsibilities include coordinating team information, managing office procedures, scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, maintaining supplies, and managing both physical and digital filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
Coordinate the flow of information within the team
Establish office procedures and routines
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer telephone and electronic inquiries
Respond to employee complaints
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Set up and maintain information filing systems
Type and proofread documents
Perform data entry
Maintain digital database
Qualifications:
College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate or diploma from a 3-month to less than 1-year program
Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years
Skills:
MS Windows, MS Office, Electronic mail
Attention to detail, multitasking, time management
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Flexibility, organised, team player, reliability
