Job Description/Overview:
Join NTT DATA, a renowned global innovator in business and technology services, as a Network Consultant. This role focuses on Enterprise Network and Data Center solutions, acting as a critical link between technical expertise and client engagement. You will provide pre-sales support and deliver network and data centre solutions to assist clients in their digital transformation journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their enterprise network and data centre infrastructure needs.
Collaborate with sales teams to design customised Cisco-based enterprise network and data centre solutions.
Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations of Cisco solutions.
Prepare comprehensive proposals and statements of work (SOWs) outlining the scope, timeline, and cost of proposed solutions.
Provide expert technical guidance to clients during the pre-sales process.
Assess client needs and design Cisco network and data centre solutions aligned with business objectives.
Maintain professional communication with clients, offering best practices and proactive recommendations.
Stay updated on the latest Cisco technologies and trends related to enterprise networks and data centres.
Qualifications:
Excellent understanding of network topology, design, and implementation of routers and switches.
Experience in network architecture and licensing models of multiple infrastructure vendors.
Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud services.
Ability to translate business requirements into high-level technical requirements.
Experience leading projects in design and implementation of routing, switching, firewall, and data centre technologies.
Knowledge of SD-WAN and cloud connectivity solutions (Cisco, Silver Peak, Palo Alto).
Experience with multi-vendor technologies in enterprise network design and implementation.
Certifications such as CCNP/JNCIP, CCDP, JNCIE/CCIE (a plus), AWS, Azure, and ITIL.
Knowledge of telecom networks and infrastructure is a big plus.
Experience:
Relevant experience in network consulting or a similar role.
