Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through phone and email, providing support and addressing inquiries.
- Relationship Building: Build trust with customers, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Issue Resolution: Exercise patience and empathy to resolve customer concerns, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Policy Adherence: Follow client policies, procedures, and industry compliances.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or GED.
- Language: Fluent English required.
- Technical Skills: Basic Microsoft Windows skills, solid computer/internet/keyboarding skills, and the ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional telephone manner.
- Work Ethic: Proven dependability with a strong work ethic.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask, learn new tools quickly, and handle routine and repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work additional hours as needed and maintain acceptable attendance.
