About the Role
The Data Team at PandaDoc is currently undergoing an exciting transformation, revamping existing processes and building a cutting-edge insights infrastructure from the ground up. As a Product Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping data workstreams and optimizing our products. Reporting directly to the Director of Data, you’ll focus on two primary goals for 2024: migrating to a new infrastructure and using data to address key business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Director of Data to help define the roadmap for data-driven product optimization.
- Use data analysis to solve key business problems and improve the user experience.
- Support the migration to a new data infrastructure, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Apply A/B testing, statistical inference, and experimental design to gather meaningful insights.
- Communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of various technical abilities to improve product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, economics).
- 2+ years of experience in a product analyst or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
- Experience with A/B testing and a strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and leadership levels.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
