Business Development Representative (BDR)

About the Role

360Learning is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our French Enterprise Outbound team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating opportunities from high-priority accounts, owning these accounts, and developing personalized outreach strategies. Your goal will be to connect with target personas, transform intent signals into a sales pipeline, and create and qualify outbound leads.

Your work will include cold calling, emailing, and reaching out through LinkedIn, where you will identify customer pain points and propose how 360Learning can address their needs. You will evangelize the concept of collaborative learning and pitch the value of our platform.

You will collaborate closely with your coach, marketing operations, demand generation, and sales teams. We provide thorough onboarding and continuous coaching to help you grow.

Key Responsibilities

Within 1 Month:

  • Complete your onboarding and begin your BDR role.
  • Master the “Convexity” onboarding process.
  • Learn our product, positioning, and buyer persona.
  • Master the pitch and qualification methodology.
  • Discover your accounts territory and align strategy with Account Executives and Key Account Managers.
  • Start outreach to leads and create your first opportunities.

Within 3 Months:

  • Fully master our tool stack and ramp up outbound activities.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Senior Account Managers, helping define portfolio strategies.
  • Define your long-term Account Roadmap and begin addressing key personas.
  • Build account-based outreach strategies targeting your buyer persona.

Within 6 Months:

  • Identify and leverage new business entry points for targeted outreach.
  • Reach 100% of your monthly target.
  • Strategize new approaches to create interest and engage with leads.
  • Suggest improvements for outbound processes.

Within 12 Months:

  • Become eligible for a transition to an Account Executive (AE) or Key Account Manager (KAM) role.
  • Bring innovative lead generation ideas to weekly sales meetings.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 9-12 months of experience as a BDR or SDR, hitting targets in a B2B SaaS environment, focusing on the enterprise market (5,000-30,000 employees).
  • Experience with outbound and/or account-based marketing.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Passion for learning and education.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong is preferred but not required.
  • A Master’s degree in a related field is a bonus.
