About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for signing new clients within the French market. You’ll be part of a dynamic team of five Account Executives, all aiming to achieve ambitious goals for 2024-2025. This position will involve managing opportunities from demo to close, contributing to requests for proposals (RFPs), expanding your network with HR and training decision-makers, and crafting winning sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Within 1 Month:
- Familiarize yourself with the team and 360Learning’s processes.
- Get to know our product offerings and features.
- Learn about our corporate culture, Convexity.
- Participate in customer meetings and explore our tools (Trello, Salesforce, etc.).
- Complete your onboarding.
Within 3 Months:
- Perform your first product demonstration to clients.
- Ensure accurate activity reporting to optimize forecasts and build sales strategies.
- Build your sales pipeline.
- Close your first deal.
Within 6 Months:
- Build a strong network of HR Directors, VPs, and Training Managers across France and EMEA.
- Manage inbound projects.
- Develop top business opportunities within new accounts.
- Meet and exceed your quarterly targets.
Within 12 Months:
- Prepare to handle more complex, multi-thread deals.
- Share your expertise on the 360Learning platform with the rest of the team.
- Help improve our sales playbook and contribute to internal projects.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the SaaS industry or relevant strategy consulting experience.
- Proven ability to deliver complex software/platform demos during the sales process.
- Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makers at all levels.
- Excellent active listening skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of HR culture is a plus.
- Native French speaker with proficient English skills (B2 level or higher).
