Job Description/Overview:
The Office Assistant will handle various office tasks such as typing, proofreading, receiving and forwarding enquiries, sorting mail, and compiling data. They will also assist with preparing invoices, managing contracts, and organising office work.
Key Responsibilities:
Type and proofread documents
Receive and forward enquiries
Work with files, inventories, and databases
Sort and process mail
Prepare invoices and bank deposits
Provide general information to clients
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
File, retrieve, and manage documents
Organise and schedule office work
Store and retrieve financial data
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
