Job Description/Overview:

Console Connect is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join its global team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by connecting with potential customers, showcasing cutting-edge solutions, and closing deals. This position is ideal for sales professionals passionate about technology, SaaS, cloud connectivity, and digital transformation. You’ll work with industry-leading Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) technology, using your expertise to transform prospects into satisfied customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Prospecting & Engagement:

 

Identify and reach out to potential customers within the UK through various channels.

 

Stay informed about industry trends in telecommunications, NaaS, and cloud technologies.

 

Share successful customer stories to demonstrate value.

 

Lead Qualification & Customer Education:

 

Qualify leads and provide guidance on how Console Connect’s offerings align with their business needs.

 

Educate potential customers on the value of Network-as-a-Service.

 

Product Demonstration:

 

Host remote meetings to demonstrate Console Connect’s NaS platform and showcase its business advantages.

 

Deal Closing:

 

Drive the sales process from engagement to closure, negotiating terms and pricing for mutually beneficial agreements.

 

Achieve and exceed sales quotas.

 

Reporting & Documentation:

 

Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates (HubSpot preferred).

 

Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to improve sales strategies.

 

Qualifications:

 

Experience:

 

1-2 years of experience in technology sales or a similar role.

 

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

 

Skills:

 

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

Knowledge of telecommunications, SaaS, cloud, and digital transformation.

 

CRM experience (preferably HubSpot).
