Job Description/Overview:
Console Connect is seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join their global team. In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise to connect with potential customers, drive revenue growth, and close deals. You will be working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing to Console Connect’s mission of revolutionising the tech landscape with cutting-edge SaaS, cloud, and Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Sales: Proactively identify potential customers through various channels, reach out, and drive prospects from interest to deal closure.
Customer Engagement: Qualify leads using sales methodologies and educate potential customers on the value of Console Connect’s NaaS offerings.
Product Demonstration: Host remote meetings to understand business problems and demonstrate how the NaaS platform solves them.
Closing Deals: Drive the sales cycle from initial engagement to deal closure, negotiating contract terms to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide insights into market trends and customer needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in technology sales.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of telecommunications, SaaS, cloud, and digital transformation.
Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
