Job Description/Overview:
Cebi Group is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Trainee to conduct comprehensive market studies, engage with potential customers, and develop marketing strategies for our digital solutions. This role will provide valuable insights and support in promoting our offerings to external companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct a comprehensive market study to identify potential customers, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and expectations regarding our digital solutions.
Develop marketing strategies and create communication materials, including website content, brochures, and presentations.
Analyse market data to identify key opportunities and challenges, providing actionable insights to guide commercialization strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams (product development, marketing, sales) to align market findings with product offerings.
Prepare a comprehensive report summarising market research and customer feedback for academic projects or master theses.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Strong interest in digital transformation and innovative technologies.
Skills:
Solid analytical and data interpretation skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with potential customers.
Creative mindset with experience in developing marketing materials and communication strategies.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
