Job Description/Overview:
We are currently looking to recruit a Receptionist/Administrator for our clinical research site in London. The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support to the research team. This role includes a variety of responsibilities such as data collection and entry, laboratory stock control, courier arrangement, and assisting with sample collection, processing, and shipping.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a keen interest in expanding their knowledge in clinical trials administration. Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills are essential, as well as the ability to work methodically and collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the research team.
Undertake clinical tasks such as data collection and entry.
Manage laboratory stock and courier arrangements.
Assist with sample collection, processing, and shipping.
Qualifications:
Excellent organisational skills.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in IT.
Ability to work methodically and as part of a team.
Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role, particularly within a clinical research environment, is preferred but not required.
Skills:
