Job Description/Overview:
Our Client, RGH-Global Limited, is a dynamic company specialising in providing umbrella and accountancy services to contractors. They offer a dedicated back-office team, efficient invoicing services, and personal client managers to ensure a smooth contracting experience. They are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide crucial administrative support, maintain company systems, and liaise with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the admin department and Office Manager.
Communicate with clients via telephone and email.
Coordinate with Accounts and Sales departments.
Assist Account Managers in preparing and following up on paperwork.
Maintain and update company systems.
Support other departments as required.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365, especially Word and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Experience:
A strong background in administrative support.
Experience in multitasking and prioritising workloads efficiently.
Skills:
Keen attention to detail.
Exceptional time management skills.

Salary: £25,000 per year
Hours of Work: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
