Job Description/Overview:
APF Steel Ltd is seeking a dedicated Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will coordinate the flow of information within the team, manage office procedures, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the flow of information within the team
Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
Determine and establish office procedures and routines
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer telephone calls and relay messages
Compile data, statistics, and other information
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas
Set up and maintain filing systems
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to multitask
Organised and detail-oriented
Team player with a client focus
Reliable and dependable
