Job Description/Overview:
Guardian Angel Senior Services provides various services to the elderly and disabled in their homes, tailored to individual needs. Caregivers can choose their hours and clients, ensuring a good match. No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with minor household chores and run errands.
Provide companionship and compassion to clients.
Offer personal care, including medication reminders, hygiene assistance, bathing, and toileting.
Perform light housekeeping duties and plan meals with client assistance.
Assist clients with mobility and ambulation around the house.
Report any unusual incidents and act quickly in emergencies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Reliable transportation for errands and client visits.
Respectful, compassionate, and committed to health and safety standards.
Experience:
Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required; entry-level candidates are welcome.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant demeanour.
