Job Description/Overview:
1 Stop Healthcare is seeking dedicated Domiciliary Care Assistants to join their compassionate team in Colchester. This role involves supporting clients in their own homes with morning and evening visits lasting 1-2 hours. The goal is to help clients maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with personal care, daily tasks, and offering companionship.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as washing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide meal preparation and feeding support as needed.
Offer support with light household tasks, medication reminders, and emotional encouragement.
Salary: £11.44 to £14.00 per hour.
Hours: Part-time, flexible shifts available (morning and evening).
Requirements:
A clear DBS check (assistance available if you don’t have one).
Previous care experience is beneficial but not required, as training will be provided.
