Job Description/Overview:
Loyens & Loeff is an international top-tier full-service law and tax firm. As a Junior KYC Officer, you will be part of the compliance team responsible for efficient client on-boarding and KYC reviews. You will collaborate closely with KYC colleagues, working on KYC and KYT analyses in line with the firm’s client acceptance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform KYC and KYT analyses with the KYC team.
Compile and control KYC documentation for client identification.
Liaise with personal assistants to complete compliance documentation timely and accurately.
Collaborate with KYC colleagues on legislative changes and process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, or Business Administration preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the KYC field, with the ability to perform simplified or standard due diligence.
Skills:
Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
Excellent oral and written communication in English and French (German is an asset).
Proficiency in MS Office.
Stress-resistant with high ethical standards and a positive, customer-focused approach.
