Job Description/Overview:
KOCH Engineered Solutions (“KES”) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to promote our products and solutions for the John Zink combustion brands, primarily covering the TX Gulf Coast market. This role involves building long-term relationships with key customers in the refining and petrochemical sectors, collaborating with internal teams, and driving profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop targeted growth strategies to drive sales of John Zink product lines and services.
Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in customer organisations.
Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions for combustion and emission control equipment.
Collaborate with teams to create technical and commercial proposals.
Conduct follow-ups on proposals and influence customer decisions through presentations.
Work with the execution team to manage customer expectations effectively.
Apply Principle Based Management principles to foster mutually beneficial projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Background in technical sales focused on the refining or petrochemical industry.
Proven experience in developing strategic growth plans.
Experience working cross-functionally to support customer needs.
Ability to travel 50% of the time.
What Will Put You Ahead:
Experience with combustion or emission control equipment.
Operational experience within refining or petrochemical markets.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com).
Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
