Position: HR Administrative Assistant

Job Description/Overview:
Wavestone is a global consulting firm, helping companies and organisations in strategic transformations. The HR Administrative Assistant will support the HR team in handling daily administrative and organisational tasks at the Luxembourg office, assisting with payroll, new hires, meetings, training, and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clerical support to employees (certificates, access badges)
Coordinate the administrative management of new hires and departing employees
Assist with payroll and reporting
Manage IT equipment
Support internal and external company meetings/events
Coordinate training sessions and seminars
Handle office management tasks, including suppliers and stock management
Liaise with facility management vendors (cleaning, catering, etc.)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Management Assistant or Human Resources
Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and listening skills
Results-oriented with strong initiative
Fluency in English and French
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
Skills:
Strong service-oriented approach
Organizational and communication skills
Team player with a proactive mindset
