We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Healthcare Assistants, offering both full-time and part-time roles. This role involves assisting clients with personal care, medication, and other tasks they are unable to do independently.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with medication and personal care
Provide a high level of care and support
Help with daily tasks that individuals are unable to manage on their own
Liaise with healthcare professionals such as GPs, district nurses, and families
Qualifications
No specific qualifications required, but relevant experience or training in healthcare is beneficial
Experience
Previous experience in healthcare or domiciliary care is preferred but not mandatory
Training will be provided
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
