Job Description/Overview:
Stechad Outsourcing LTD is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer responsible for providing IT support by diagnosing software, networking, and hardware issues. The role includes installing and maintaining software, hardware, user accounts, network security, and antivirus protection. The engineer will also provide technical support to users and perform network maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure new software and hardware (servers, printers, computers, etc.)
Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
Ensure system security, especially for internet usage, and install antivirus protection
Diagnose and fix network faults
Provide technical support for network users
Perform network maintenance and updates
Qualifications:
Experience in IT networking, Windows server administration, and Office 365
Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting
Knowledge of network security
Experience:
Experience with IT systems, server administration, and technical support
Skills:
Troubleshooting and problem-solving
Network maintenance
Strong communication and technical skills

Additional Information:
This is a full-time, part-time, or project-based role with a 12-month contract. The pay starts from €30.00 per hour, and the expected work is at least 30 hours per week.
