Position: Maintenance Person

Job Description/Overview:
The Maintenance Person will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the facilities of the restaurant, ensuring a clean and safe environment for staff and customers. Tasks include general maintenance, minor repairs, and cleaning.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove dirt and debris
Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
Perform minor repairs on appliances
Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
Perform routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years
Skills:
Physically demanding with the ability to handle heavy loads (up to 23 kg/50 lbs)
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information:
Permanent full-time employment with a flexible schedule including day, evening, night, weekend, and overtime shifts.
Salary is $18.00 to $28.00 hourly (to be negotiated) / 30 to 44 hours per week.

Work must be completed at the physical location; remote work is not an option.
