Job Description/Overview:

We are looking for a self-motivated Customer Service Consultant with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract at our West End branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
Assist with various in-branch transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and business account openings
Educate customers on online banking services, including the Bank Australia app
Identify opportunities to market financial products and services
Promote Bank Australia’s social, environmental, and sustainability strategies
Contribute to the branch’s success and team environment
Qualifications:
FSRA Tier 2 accreditation (preferred)
Previous experience in customer service or sales
Experience:
Proven track record of excellent customer service
Experience in building strong relationships with customers
Skills:
Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
