Job Description/Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager in Tonbridge with a focus on personal and professional growth. As part of an award-winning sales team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and leading a dynamic retail environment. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
Provide personalised product recommendations based on customers’ needs
Assist customers in navigating the store and offering insights into product features
Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage the store environment
Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
Track inventory levels and restock products as needed
Ensure the shop is clean and organised
Meet targets and KPIs consistently
Lead and motivate team members
Bring fresh ideas and communication expertise to the role
Qualifications:
Background in sales or a service-oriented setting
Leadership skills with experience guiding a team to achieve sales targets
Goal-oriented, with a “can-do” attitude
Passionate about technology with an eagerness to stay updated
Experience:
Proven sales performance
Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
Management experience (preferred)
Skills:
Strong communication and leadership skills
Sales-driven mindset
Collaborative team player
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Additional Information:
Basic Salary: £24,000 per year
On Target Earnings (OTE): £30,000 – £33,000+
Shift schedule: 9:30 am-5:30 pm (Mon-Sat), 10:00 am-4:00 pm (Sun)
