Job Description/Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
– Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications.
– Program CNC machines using appropriate software and tools.
– Ensure precision and quality in machining processes.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machinery.
– Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimise processes.
Qualifications:
– Experience in CNC programming and operation.
– Proficiency in programming languages for CNC machines (e.g., G-code).
– Knowledge of tooling and machining techniques.
Experience:
– Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
– Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
Skills:
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
– Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
– Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
