Job Description/Overview:
FMM Caregiver is looking for a dedicated and responsible individual to provide child caregiving services in a private home. This role involves full-time employment with 30 to 40 hours per week. The caregiver will perform light housekeeping duties, assist with child supervision during trips, and help children with homework. The position requires someone who can create a safe and healthy environment while disciplining children according to parental guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents.
– Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
– Supervise and assist children during family trips.
– Help with personal hygiene and social development.
– Organise activities, including games and outings.
– Take children to and from school and appointments.
– Help children with their homework.
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
– Emergency child care first aid and CPR certification.
Experience:
Experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
Skills:
– Excellent communication and organisational skills.
– Ability to manage household duties and child supervision efficiently.
