Job description
LES TERRASSES DE L’EUROPE is looking for a motivated concierge to join our team.
Key responsibilities
- responsibility for the maintenance of the building of more than 250 units (apartments and offices) and exterior facilities (garage and parking complex, green spaces, etc.).
- planning and carrying out repair and maintenance work, monitoring of safety devices
- support and coordination of mandated service providers
- conscientious execution of tasks while respecting deadlines and security constraints
- cleaning of premises, snow removal, etc.
- open on weekends and public holidays
Qualifications
- training in a craft trade
- technical skills (lighting, sanitation, small miscellaneous jobs, etc.)
- technical understanding (patent is an asset)
- initial professional experience is desirable
- autonomous and meticulous working method
- discretion, team spirit, flexibility
- good knowledge of German and French
- knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or English is an advantage
- your place of residence is located +/- 25 km from Dommeldange, journey time 30 min maximum
