Job Description/Overview
Mega Signs Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to develop policies, conduct marketing studies, and coordinate publicity events. This role involves extensive administrative tasks and strategic planning to support business development.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop policies and perform administrative tasks
– Plan development projects and develop venture capital sources
– Recruit and hire staff, and respond to inquiries regarding development opportunities
– Conduct surveys, analyse data on consumer preferences, and develop social and economic profiles
– Prepare reports, educational texts, and articles
– Coordinate special publicity events and promotions
– Conduct public opinion surveys and gather communication materials
– Design market research questionnaires and conduct online marketing
– Maintain databases and prepare funding applications
– Ensure appropriate business/commercial licences and deliver presentations at events
– Develop and implement business plans
Qualifications
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience
1 year to less than 2 years
Skills
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a large workload
– Effective communication and organisational skills
