Job Description/Overview
R Tax Solution is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to handle customer inquiries, coordinate events, and manage communication strategies. The role involves developing and implementing promotional strategies, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop events for publicity, fundraising, and information
– Create and implement communication strategies and programs
– Advise clients on advertising and sales promotions
– Assist in preparing brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials
– Coordinate special events and promotions
– Manage media relations and address customer complaints
– Answer customer inquiries, process payments, and issue receipts
– Maintain records, order office supplies, and perform general office duties
Work Conditions
– Urban environment
– Fast-paced, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks
– Must work on-site; remote work is not an option
Qualifications
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
– 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
– Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
Skills
– Attention to detail and organisational skills
– Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks
– Punctual, client-focused, and reliable
Salary
– $20.00 hourly, 30 to 35 hours per week
