Job Description/Overview
Impact Mechanicals Ltd. is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to manage office routines, prepare documentation, and support day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
– Record and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences
– Establish office procedures and routines
– Answer telephone calls and relay messages
– Respond to electronic enquiries
– Compile data, statistics, and relevant information
– Order office supplies and manage inventory
– Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
– Set up and maintain manual and computerised filing systems
– Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents
Qualifications
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience
– 1 to less than 7 months of experience
Skills
– Ability to multitask
– Flexibility
– Strong organisational skills
– Client-focused
Work Conditions
– Full-time employment (30 to 40 hours per week)
– On-site work only
– Salary: $30.50 per hour
