Job Description/Overview  

Walker Lake Plaza Ltd. is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to oversee office procedures, manage inventory, and coordinate communication efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities  

– Determine and establish office procedures and routines  

– Schedule and confirm appointments  

– Answer telephone calls and relay messages  

– Respond to electronic enquiries  

– Compile data, statistics, and other relevant information  

– Order office supplies and maintain inventory  

– Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate service areas  

– Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents

 

Qualifications  

– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

 

Experience  

– 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role

 

Skills  

– Proficient in MS Word and MS Office
