Job Description/Overview:
To carry out the professional duties of a teacher as required by the professional standards for teachers. The role involves ensuring the learning and achievement of pupils and promoting equality of opportunity in accordance with the school’s policies and under the direction of the Headteacher.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver high-quality teaching in mathematics.
– Ensure equality of opportunity for all students.
– Follow the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions (Wales) Document.
– Adhere to the school’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
– Relevant experience in teaching mathematics.
Experience:
– Proven track record of effective teaching in mathematics.
Skills:
– Strong communication and organisational skills.
– Ability to engage and inspire students.
