For our aid and care center in Mondorf we are looking for a geriatric nurse (m/f/d) | 36h, permanent contract
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the home care and nursing activities specified in the care plan in accordance with the criteria of our quality code
- Ensuring comprehensive care for the client in his home while preserving his daily habits and well-being
- Participate in the care process by supporting the client in his or her autonomy
- See yourself as a member of an interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- You hold a geriatric nurse diploma, a diploma recognition (if not Luxembourgish) and a valid professional permit or you hold a Luxembourg certificate as an “Aide Socio-Familiale”
- You are fluent in Luxembourgish and speak French or German
- If you do not speak Luxembourgish, you must learn it (level B1)
- You identify with our philosophy « Mënschlech a kompetenz » and act according to this
- You have a strong team spirit, client orientation and social skills
- You show professional commitment and can work independently
- You have a driving license
