Job Description/Overview:
Solar Battery Group, a market leader in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a Customer Support Consultant. In this role, you will manage client inquiries and provide support for Solar Battery Group’s groundbreaking solar products and services as they expand into the Australian market. Reporting to the Product Support Team Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to work in an exciting and fast-growing industry while contributing to the company’s mission of energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
– Troubleshoot, maintain, and configure hardware and software
– Track and respond to customer inquiries to provide solutions
– Participate in regular meetings and provide reports to ensure service standards are met
– Identify and monitor emerging issues and take proactive measures to resolve them
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and Solar Battery Group’s products
– Contribute to an exciting and evolving industry
Skills and Experience:
– Prior experience in a customer-focused role
– Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
– Technical knowledge is an advantage
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong attention to detail
