Job Description/Overview
Busy Bees Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic Experience Consultant/Enrolment Officer to be the first point of contact for families, guiding them through the enrolment process. The role involves turning inquiries into booked tours and ensuring a seamless enrolment experience.
Key Responsibilities
– Convert enrolment inquiries into booked tours of the centres
– Manage data and administrative tasks efficiently
– Collaborate with service managers, educators, and families
– Provide exceptional customer service and support
Essential Qualifications
– At least one year of experience in an inbound call centre or sales environment
– Valid Working with Children/Vulnerable People Card, or ability to obtain one
– Strong organisational and administrative skills
Essential Skills and Attributes
– Excellent communication skills with a friendly and engaging demeanour
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills and Knowledge
– Previous experience in a similar role
– Familiarity with early childhood education settings
