Job Description/Overview:
Millennium Global Furniture LLC is seeking a Female Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. This role involves greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and maintaining records while ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
Key Responsibilities:
– Welcoming Visitors: Greet and assist visitors with a professional demeanour, offering refreshments as needed.
– Answering Calls: Handle incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take messages.
– Managing Front Desk: Maintain an organised front desk area, manage appointments, and keep visitor logs.
– Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and perform data entry tasks.
– Security: Monitor building access, ensure safety and security, and follow protocols.
– Maintenance: Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the building, coordinating with labour and cleaning staff.
– Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years of UAE administrative assistant experience.
– Strong communication and organisational skills.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a professional demeanour.
Experience:
2 years of UAE administrative assistant experience required.
Skills:
Customer service, record-keeping, security protocols, maintenance coordination.

Additional Information:
