Job Description/Overview
Sensor Tower is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to oversee events and activities in Southeast Asia, Australia, India, and Pakistan. This role involves creating, developing, and managing local partnerships, exhibitions, events, and webinars, focusing on lead generation and customer retention. The Field Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in building brand awareness and driving engagement within the mobile and digital marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities
– Research, register, and execute local industry events in Southeast Asia, Australia, India, and Pakistan to build Sensor Tower’s brand awareness.
– Plan and initiate events/webinars to enhance local engagement, extend our network, and generate leads for the sales pipeline.
– Design events to engage with existing customers, helping them explore our products and increasing retention.
– Set annual, quarterly, and monthly goals in partnership with the Regional Sales Director.
– Manage budgets to maximize ROI.
– Collaborate with APAC analysts to deliver desired insights for the region.
– Maintain and expand partnerships with local media and other SaaS providers.
– Manage local agencies to deliver the best event experience.
Qualifications
– Must reside in Singapore with the ability to travel within Asia.
– 2+ years of experience in field and events marketing.
– 3+ years of experience in the mobile industry, digital marketing, or digital advertising within SaaS companies.
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, public relations, or a related field.
– Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to write industry-facing articles and present at webinars/events.
– Data-driven, able to oversee budgets, develop reports, and optimize event formats to achieve higher ROI.
– Team player with strong cross-team collaboration skills, working closely with sales, BDR, and marketing teams in other regions.
– Strong enthusiasm for the mobile industry and digital marketing.
– Native English speaker, with fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean preferred.
Experience
– Proven track record in field and events marketing, especially in mobile and digital marketing within SaaS.
– Experience in managing and executing successful events, webinars, and industry partnerships.
Skills
– Strong communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to manage budgets and optimize ROI.
– Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
– Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
