Job Description/Overview:
The Assistant Registrar of Service and Student Records plays a key leadership role within the Registrar’s Office. This position is responsible for supervising the Academic Record & Retention Coordinator, managing data entry staff, and ensuring effective communication between the one-stop student service center and the Registrar’s Office. The role aims to enhance student services and ensure the efficient management of student records.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise the Academic Record & Retention Coordinator and ensure accurate management of academic records and retention initiatives.
– Manage and oversee data entry staff, ensuring data integrity and compliance with institutional policies.
– Serve as the primary liaison between the one-stop student service center and the Registrar’s Office to enhance communication and collaboration.
– Assist with special projects and initiatives within the Registrar’s Office as needed.
Qualifications Needed:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
– Experience: Two years of office environment experience with public interaction and database maintenance. One year of directly related experience is preferred.
