Job Description/Overview:
ZOE, a leading science and nutrition company, is on a mission to improve the health of millions. We are looking for an experienced, data-driven Acquisition Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid media activities, focusing initially on Paid Social and Paid Search marketing. This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Acquisition Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee all paid media activities, developing data-driven strategies to support ZOE’s mission.
– Establish creative strategies and feedback loops in collaboration with the Brand and Creative teams.
– Optimize campaigns with major publisher partners and align targeting and landing page strategies.
– Work closely with Data Science and Analytics teams to track, measure, and report on key metrics.
– Test new campaigns and channels, adjusting strategies based on performance results.
– Share insights and learnings with the wider team.
Qualifications:
– 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
– Strong understanding of data analysis, A/B testing, and performance trends.
– Experience in digital marketing, specifically with Paid Social and Paid Search.
– Experience working with US-based consumers and companies.
– Excellent project management and communication skills.
Experience:
– Previous experience managing direct and indirect reports.
– Background in lifecycle/CRM programs, ideally with high-growth DTC startups.
– Experience with Braze, Email, Chat, App, and SMS campaigns is a plus.
Skills:
– Strong data analysis and creative strategy skills.
– Proficiency in managing paid media and digital marketing campaigns.
– Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
