Remote Sales Admin Lead

– Compensation: $24,000 – $36,000 per year + bonuses  

– Employment type: Full-time  

– Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST (American time zone)

Job Description/Overview:  

High Ticket eCommerce, a leading coaching program, is looking for a Sales Admin Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pre-call outreach, call result tracking, and follow-up communication with potential clients using various channels, such as WhatsApp, Telegram, i-Message, phone calls, and email. You’ll play a key role in maximising attendance at scheduled calls and supporting our sales team to achieve success.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  1. Pre-Call Outreach:  

   – Proactively engage with qualified leads before scheduled calls  

   – Confirm attendance and address any pre-call queries via messaging platforms  

  1. Call Result Tracking:  

   – Maintain organised spreadsheets to track call outcomes and lead information  

   – Provide regular updates to the sales team  

  1. Follow-up Communication:  

   – Implement systematic follow-up with unresponsive leads  

   – Use phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms to re-engage prospects  

  1. Collaboration with Sales Team:  

   – Work closely with the sales team to understand lead status and feedback  

   – Provide insights to improve the outreach process  

 

Qualifications needed:  

– Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles  

– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal  

– Charisma and ability to engage prospects  

– Proficiency in using messaging platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, and i-Message  

– Excellent organisational and time-management skills  

– Detail-oriented with spreadsheet management experience  

– Comfortable making phone calls and using email for follow-up  

 

Experience:  

– Previous experience in sales support or a similar role  

– Experience with client outreach via various communication channels  

 

Skills:  

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills  

– Excellent organisational and follow-up capabilities  

– Proficiency with messaging platforms and tracking systems
