Job Description/Overview:
CerealBox uses digital marketing to support charities with their fundraising efforts. We are looking for a Creative Strategist to bridge the gap between Media Buyers and the Creative Team, ensuring content is based on detailed research and tested results to maximise performance and ROAS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deep Research:
– Build and send customer surveys to clients’ email lists
– Analyze survey responses for actionable insights
– Research client competitors for inspiration
– Conduct social listening for brand and niche insights
- Creative Direction and Key Messaging:
– Develop and test offers, bundles, and pricing structures
– Create and test key messaging and creative themes
– Implement trending creative formats
– Reuse and remix existing content
– Assess and edit client-provided content
– Identify and test effective hooks
- Reporting and Ad Analytics:
– Share ad creative performance with the team
– Analyse creative effectiveness and provide improvement suggestions
– Oversee creative testing and optimization
– Provide Account Managers with insights for client presentations
Qualifications needed:
– Understanding of converting ad creatives
– Experience briefing teams and analysing ad performance
– Knowledge of A/B testing and social trends
– Examples of reduced CPA and increased AOV
– Fluent in English
Experience:
– Demonstrated experience as a Creative Strategist
– Proven ability to manage creative processes and performance
Skills:
– Expertise in social media trends and ad performance analysis
– Strong creative direction and messaging skills
– Excellent analytical and reporting abilities
